In early November, a survey was sent to all Uintah School District parents/guardians, all USD students in grades 8 through 12, and all Uintah High School teachers and staff. The goal of the survey was to gather information for the Uintah School Board to help board members make a decision about a possible schedule change for Uintah High from trimesters to semesters.
During its Nov. 10 meeting, the
school board voted unanimously to keep the high school on its current five class trimester schedule. This 5-0 vote was based largely on the survey respondents’ overwhelming support for the five class trimester schedule.

Please remember these are the results of a targeted survey that was intended primarily to gather feedback on the trimester/semester issue. The survey was not sent to all USD students, teachers, or staff.
