Uintah School District has policies and procedures to ensure that all students with disabilities between the ages of 3 and 22, are identified, located, and evaluated to determine if they qualify for specialized instruction.

Carson Smith Scholarship

The Special Needs Scholarship Program provides scholarships to qualified students with disabilities who enroll in eligible private schools. To participate in the program, students and schools must meet eligibility requirements established in Utah law and Utah State Board of Education Administrative Rules.
